do?
You would need to secure financing before you choose a
property. Have a look at what is available in the market. Decide on your
budget, secure the mortgage and then choose your property.
Can Aryene Properties LLC advise on which mortgage lender
to use?
There are number of different mortgage
lender based in Dubai who are independent financial planning consultancy, who
offer unbiased financial advice. Please contact our consultant for further
advice.
Do I need to be a resident before I can buy a property?
No. You don't need to be a resident to
purchase a property in the UAE.
Does Aryene Properties LLC have a list of properties I can
buy from?
During the past year, it has aggressively
moved into new countries such as Saudi Arabia and India to offset slower growth
at home.
Are there any additional costs?
Other purchasing costs may include a
transfer fee to the developer of re sale properties. This is usually between 1%
and 2% (depending upon the development) of the original sale price
Can I get details about your service
charges?
At Aryene Properties LLC, we do not have any
charges towards our services to investors purchasing properties directly from
the developer, but incase if the purchase are from the resale market, service
charges are applicable. To know more about our charges please contact out

Do I need an offshore company to
purchase my place in Dubai?
You do not need to have one but it makes
sense to avoid transfer fees, reduce your tax exposure in your home country and

Are there any Inheritance or Capital
Gains taxes in Dubai?
Absolutely NOT! However if you are buying
from overseas you may be liable for such taxes in your home country.
Can non locals register the land in
their name?
Currently, they can not. Only locals of UAE
and GCC countries citizens can register land with the Land Department.
